Beth Parsons

Partner

Ms. Parsons is a Board-Certified civil trial lawyer who has been practicing law since 1994. She specializes in trial practice, insurance defense, and corporate defense and is one of only two certified civil trial female lawyers in Northwest Florida. Ms. Parsons began her civil practice in 2000 and was a partner at Wilson, Harrell, Farrington, Ford, Wilson, Spain and Parsons for 18 years. Prior to becoming a civil trial lawyer, she worked for the state attorney's office, where she successfully tried over 60 felony cases and achieved a 97% conviction rate. Since transitioning to civil defense, almost 25 years ago, Ms. Parsons has handled a wide variety of cases, including personal injury, veterinary malpractice, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, product liability and insurance coverage matters. She has managed a large caseload and has tried dozens of civil cases to verdict.
