Dana Oberhausen, a graduate from Florida Coastal School of Law, will concentrate her practice in general defense litigation. Ms. Oberhausen was born and raised in Pensacola and has experience as a litigator in both the civil and criminal arenas. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Oberhausen represented parties and insurance companies in personal injury and underinsured motorist claims resulting from automobile accidents. A portion of that practice also involved representing parties in first party property claims and participating in the investigation and report handling of fraudulent and/or potentially fraudulent insurance claims. In her prior practice, Ms. Oberhausen was a prosecutor in the First Judicial Circuit of Florida handling cases in Escambia County. As an Assistant State Attorney, she handled the prosecution of misdemeanor and felony crimes and tried over fifty (50) judge and jury trials.
